Chef

Moh Hoque's love of cooking Indian food began 15 years ago when his sick uncle asked him to manage his 35 year old Indian restaurant in Swindon, Wiltshire.
Armed with only his love of home cooked Indian food and years of experience in previous sales and marketing roles to guide him, most discovered his true calling.

After his uncle’s recovery Moh went onto open 2 successful restaurants of his own, now operating in Burscough village, West Lancashire.

Moh is a self taught chef with a passion for teaching, this has led to him amongst other things, running courses for students at West Lancashire College, and now embarking on this new Tandoor-i Masterclass.

Of late, Moh has also seized the opportunity with the popularity Indian Outdoor Catering, having various events already under his belt and more booked for the coming months, its fair to say he’s going to be a very in demand Chef.

The partnership of Nick & Moh brings experience of Indian food and of course the use of the tandoor together like never before!

Nick Jones and the Tandoor Oven

Nick set up Tandoor-i in 2017, after he’d spent a few years developing the World’s first fully integrated Tandoor Oven for the home kitchen. With the success of this venture opportunities followed, with more and more people requesting classes on how to use the Tandoor and replicate that just cooked Naan taste they’d never experienced before, hence the Tandoor Masterclass was born.

Nick then teamed up with locally renowned chef Moh Hoque to replicate some of his amazing dishes in his home and we are now ready to share these with you all.
